KinderCone offers FEDEX Ground, FEDEX Express Saver and United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and Express.

Due to the fragile nature of our product we use lots and lots of recycled paper to fill all the voids.  Please re-use or recycle your paper. 

Shipping is only available to destinations in the US, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, as well as Canada. However, special requests can always be made and we will do our best to send Karli and his cone to the end of the world, if needed. 

Bad things can happen to perfectly good KinderCones.  If your KinderCone should arrive in less than perfect condition, please let us know and we will exchange it as quickly as we can. Just send it back to us and we will replace it.  If you want to return your KinderCone for any other reason, please do so within 30 days of purchase with all content fully intact and unused. (shipping and handling in that case is your responsibility)

KinderCones are all part of a limited edition with a special design.  If your child’s favorite color combination is out of stock we cannot re-order it.  Hand-made in Germany, it would take too long to order them again in time for the current school year. Why not try a different color?

If you have signed up for our Newsletter we will not sell or give any of your information to third parties. Your email and information will solely be used to send you fun information about upcoming events, craft tips and whatever else we think is worth sharing with you. 

All photos that you see on our site, as well as our Facebook, Twitter or Flickr Pages have been posted with the parents’ or guardians’ oral permission.  Ultimately, we want to create and share a large photoalbum of different kids around the world with their KinderCones, not just Germany and Austria.  Send us your picture and we will be so happy to show it…KinderCones of all kinds!
